OK, so here are my measurements:
06-20-04 (257 lbs)
B: 17"
t: 27.5"
UpW: 48"
LoW: 43"
CH: 53"
N: -- (didn't measure);
06-27-04
B: 16
T: 26.5
UpW: 48
LoW: 44
Ch: 50
N: 18
07-04-04 (251 pounds)
B: 15
T: 26
UpW: 47
LoW: 43
CH: 48.5
N: 17.5
Most noticeable is my bicep measurement, theoretically going from 17 to 15 inches. Thighs have dropped 1.5". WAist has dropped either 1 inch or stayed the same. Chest has dropped, theoretically from 53 to 48.5 for a 4.5" drop (which is sort of impressive). And my neck appears to have dropped half an inch.
The one odd thing is this: despite my measurements via a tape measure, I actually wear 40 inch pants and they are getting a little loose. I have a few pairs of 42" pants, and they are simply too big (and 44s would be out of control). Therefore, it appears if my waist drops to 40 inches, I'd probably wear 38s instead.
I'd like to predict when I will drop a pant size. If I figure: every 6 pounds in weight loss produced 0.5" drop in waist size (upw=0; low=1.0; avg between 2 is 0.5"s). By that prediction, I need to lose 36#s in order to reduce waist measurement from 43" to 40". Which means, at 214 pounds I would officially drop to 38" waist measurement. 178# would be 36" and 152# would be 34". I know that's not true.
It's probably more like 225 will bring me to 38".
200 pounds will bring me to 36";
180 pounds will bring me to 34"; and
165 pounds would put me into 32" pants.
I'll try not to focus upon it or worry about it. I'm meeting my goal of long, slow and steady reductions. It's good. It's pretty dang good. . .
