Notes:  
I don't actually believe that I gained 1.7% body fat in one week (nor would I believe I lost 1.7% body fat in a week, without some extraordinary input our output).  More likely, I believe that it's a measurement difference (slightly different numbers for each body part will provide slightly different numbers, probably like +/- 3% I bet.  I suppose at some point, i should do like 5 of them, record every one, and see how different they are. . . ).  

I also need to get the cart built out for my weight cart!
