Compelled to add an entry

Not sure why, but I feel compelled to add an entry here.

I think I did Ok today via nutrition and even exercise. It's an odd position when I ran 4.5 miles but didn't bother to get in the swim. In fact, this week I didn't swim at all, and I feel guilty about it -- though I probably shouldn't.

After all, here are this week's numbers:

Cycling: 69 miles;
Running: 4.5 miles; and
Rowing: 41,097 meters

It's not like I didn't do anything this week. After all, just riding 69 miles is more than most people do. I suppose the wrinkle in all this, is given my goals -- and my screwed up nutrition this week -- then it makes me feel bad when my weight was slightly up (as were my other numbers: body fat %s, and circumference measurements of body parts).

So, I guess I'll just keep pushing forward and hope it gets me somewhere. It seems to have gotten me somewhere already. . .
