A numbers discussion regarding my week ending numbers for 06.04.2005.
I ended the week with a weight of 225.4 (weighted over past 5 days). Body fat via Tanita scale as 24.5%; skinfold caliper test of 23.43%.
The body measurements were as follows:
N: 15.75
B: 13.25
c: 43.25
uw: 41.00
lw: 38.50
h: 40.50
T: 23.00
These numbers were quite similar to the numbers posted approximately one month ago
Although, my bicep size dropped from 14 inches to 13.25 inches; my lower waist dropped from 38.75 inches to 38.5 inches; and my neck size dropped from 16 to 15.75 inches.
In particular, the weight number is also an important one.
2005:
01.04 - 263.5
02.04 - 244.0
03.04 - 236.5
04.04 - 219.2*
05.04 - 230.8
06.04 - 223.5
* note: this was during my time of manipulating my scale by standing on it weird, so though I may have gained some weight in May -- probably not much and maybe no weight gain.
The goals for this week ending were as follows:
(Optimal / good / acceptable);
Weight: 222.5 / 223.6 / 224.7Actual: 223.5
Body fat: 25.48 / 24.55 / 23.62
Actual: 23.431
So this week, I have exceeded both my optimal goals for body fat via calipers and weight (using 5 day moving average). This is good!
