ANALYSIS
In the end all of this makes sense to me. It was an extraordinarily light week of workouts. Instead I spent 20 hours (literally) on the phone with mostly the new girl, M. This is the time I would have otherwise spent on working out.
I think today I'm going for a flat 20-25 mile ride -- out through downtown. It'll be fun. I may run afterward.
Next week is another big tri, which will be interesting and fun, particularly with the last week of too little training. In fact, technically, I've only rowed 10,000 meters in the past week (because I swam Sunday night before then). The good news is I can get a few workouts in this weekend. Probably ride long, come home, recover, and then get up on the rowing machine again. In fact, I may do another half marathon on the rowing machine. It's low impact and burns tons of calories. . . it's good.
Sunday, probably run and ride I'd guess.
