I haven't done so well the past two weeks truth be told. My brother was in for a while and I followed his lead. It's not necessarily that we ate hamburgers a few times; it's more that we didn't eat fruit and salad and, as well, we/I consumed considerably more than 3,000 calories per day. Nonetheless, I weighed 261 yesterday, so my body weight held firm.
Also had a few days off of work outs this week (exercised on bike, mon/tue; off bike wed/thu/fri; now get back on over the weekend). I'm still keeping running out of the exercise diet regime to save my knees.
My left knee has been bothering me a bit, but it should get better. I took some pictures of my tummy that I can post (it doesn't show my face). Hopefully, I can post some smaller pictures from time to time.
I would like to buy a cloth tape measure to take my measurements as a fall back position.
BTW, for the record, I've had weird dreams/daydreams recently of getting six pack abs adn having women fall all over them. Probably unrealistic but workable.
the other weight that was lifted off my shoulders was my grades from grad school: I was worried (realistically) that my grades would doom me to be failed out of school but I pulled it out and ended up with higher grades this semester than last. That definitely eases the tension a bit.
