Congrats on the weightloss thus far! It's great that you've started a blog to document it all very interesting. I can relate since I lost 45+ pounds in the past two years. The weight came off slow. I've got another 10 to lose. I know it doesn't sound like much, but the last 10 are so damn hard. I've been trying for the past year to lose' em.
I want to recommend a book to you. It's the best and offers, what I think is an awesome workout. You've probably heard of it: Body For Life. Let me tell you that the work he recommends...well - it changed my life. If you don't already have it - I suggest cking it out. Melted the fat right off. Common sense approach, in case you hit a plateau or are looking for a new workout routine.
